Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Plant Supervisor to support the Sizewell C project. You will help run batching operations safely, efficiently and to quality standards, with full training provided even if you have no prior batching or plant experience.

Working hours are 39 per week, with a Sizewell Ipswich location and enhanced pay for shift work. DBS checks and a driving licence are desirable, alongside a proactive safety mindset and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements stated beyond standard recruitment norms.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete to approved systems and standards.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with Production Manager.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee routine plant maintenance and safety compliance.
