Responsibilities

• Accurately batch concrete to approved systems, processes and standards.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure material availability after coordinating with Production Manager.
• Conduct visual inspections of raw materials and submit weekly stock reports.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and support production planning to meet needs.
• Liaise with contractors and office teams to ensure high-quality output and service delivery.
• Operate batching plant effectively and oversee routine maintenance and safety compliance.
• Report defects or issues affecting health, safety, environment or product quality.
