Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Plant Supervisor for the Nuneaton Packed Products site in Bedworth to oversee daily production and distribution, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high performance.

You'll lead a team, drive continuous improvement, uphold Zero Harm and safety standards, coordinate with logistics and commercial teams, and report on site performance. Competitive salary £31,000-£32,000 and benefits.

Plant Supervisor

At Heidelberg Materials, we’re looking for a Plant Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our Nuneaton Packed Products site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing production and distribution activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while helping us deliver quality products to our customers.

As a Plant Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the operation, leading by example, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising daily production and distribution activities across the site

• Supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment
• A strong understanding of Health & Safety and operational best practice
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing workloads and coordinating operational activities
• A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Good organisational and reporting skills
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or a willingness to achieve this with company support
• A commitment to developing leadership and engagement skills through further supervisory training
