A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Plant Supervisor for a regional role across the UK. The ideal candidate must have SSSTS/SMSTS certification, experience supervising batching plants, and strong leadership skills. The position involves travel to various sites, managing plant operations, and ensuring quality standards are met. Competitive rate of £250 - £300 per day with flexible shift requirements.

• Flexible to work 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, and travel/stay away as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate on-site batching plants to spec and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate plant staff/subcontractors with strong H&S focus.
• Manage servicing, breakdowns, inspections, and record keeping.
• Maintain material stocks and liaise with suppliers.
• Support project/site teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Location: Swindon, Kettering & Hinckley (with travel across UK sites when required - digs and travel paid)
