Albert Bartlett, a leader in the potato industry, seeks a Shift Engineer to join our on-site team. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery across rotating day and night shifts, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly while upholding health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexibly on rotating day and night shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting.
• Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery during rotating day and night shifts.
