Description: We are hiring for our client, a market-leading supplier of Material Handling solutions operating across a range of industries, who are seeking a Plant Fitter to join their expanding team in the Greater Belfast area.

This Plant Fitter role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical professional looking to work with a trusted and forward-thinking organisation. Working Monday to Friday on day shifts, you’ll be responsible for carrying out essential mechanical and hydraulic repairs across a range of equipment.

The Role:

• Carry out mechanical and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs on a plant equipment

• Perform routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance

• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

• Deliver excellent service to a broad client base across various industries

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Plant Fitter or in a similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently on-site

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
