RSW have an opportunity to join one of our longstanding clients based in Bridgend. They are a specialist waste disposal company and are looking for a motivated Plant Operative to join their team on a temporary on going basis.

Responsibilities:
– Unload waste products and place into incinerators
– Collaborate with team members to achieve deadlines
– Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Requirements:
– Be physically fit and able to spend 12 hours on your feet
– Be computer literate
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of Work:

-12 hr shifts 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am (4 on 4 off)
