Job Details

Location: Riverside Plant/Composting Site or Baldovie Plant. You will work full-time, 37 hours per week, with shifts from 07:30 to 15:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 07:30 to 15:00 (Friday).

Requirements

• CITB (or equivalent) certificate for wheeled shovel, telescopic handler, forklift, and material handler/excavator.
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

Responsibilities

You will assist with waste recycling, processing, and recovery operations within the Waste Management department at Riverside, Baldovie, and Marchbanks sites. This includes LGV driving requirements between all related sites and facilities as needed.

The Individual

• Experience operating a wheeled shovel, general labouring, and LGV driving.
• Knowledge of recycling operations equipment, customer care, manual handling, and maintaining site tidiness and safety.
• IT literacy, including operating weighing equipment software and report production.
• Willingness to undertake further training, flexibility to operate at different sites, and ability to work weekends.
• Current LGV Licence (Category C).
