This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading engineering and manufacturing organisations, as General Manager overseeing the plant operations based in the Midlands, of over 100 + staff.
JOB PURPOSE
As General Manager for the Plant Operations, you will assume full P&L responsibility the Division, overseeing day-to-day operations while reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will lead a skilled workforce and be accountable for delivering operational efficiency, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic development across the division.
