Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Plant Manager for a Bedford-based facility, commutable from Kettering, Cambridge, Northampton, Luton, and Milton Keynes. The role offers days-based work (38 hours) with a £60,000–£65,000 salary and benefits including private health insurance and 26 days holiday (+ BH).

This company operates one of the only facilities in the world that specialise in their niche field. They are now looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to join their team and play a key part in the ongoing success and development of their bespoke and globally recognised operation.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include optimising plant reliability, leading and empowering a team, overseeing operations and maintenance, building stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree or equivalent, with management experience and safety and quality knowledge. Having electrical knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

Candidates must hold a British Passport and be able to pass Security Clearance.
