Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a dynamic role in a high-performing manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join a leading manufacturer in Bridge of Weir.

The Role:

As a Plant Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the production facility. Your focus will be on electrical and mechanical maintenance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring plant operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure plant reliability.
  • React promptly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production continuity.
  • Participate in planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Accurately log maintenance activities into the internal system for performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role (electrical & mechanical).
  • Strong knowledge of technical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Background in a fast-paced manufacturing/operational environment .
  • Confident, self-motivated, and solution-focused with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player who thrives in a continuous improvement culture.
