Responsibilities

• Carry out plant inspections and servicing to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair plant and equipment on-site and in the workshop.
• Lead apprentices and operators, providing guidance on safe operation and maintenance.
• Record all work in company systems and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
• Respond to unforeseen mechanical issues and support safety initiatives.
