Job summary

Eaton's Crouse Hinds division seeks a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery while fostering a high-performance culture in line with Eaton’s values. Role covers Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory/Cost, and People under the SQDICP framework.

The position requires 5+ years of senior manufacturing leadership, Lean/EBS experience, and a focus on continuous improvement. UK relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required (Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or related).
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and site compliance within SQDICP framework.
• Drive on-time delivery, production planning, capacity management, and supply chain collaboration.
• Achieve productivity, cost reduction, and profitability objectives; manage budgets and Opex.
