Job summary

Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business is a global designer and manufacturer of alarm, signal and control equipment based in the UK. This role leads the maintenance team, driving reliability across plant equipment and implementing planned maintenance aligned to production needs.

You will manage external contractors, coordinate risk assessments, and collaborate with EHS teams to maintain compliance and safe operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or time served experience preferable.
• Experience in a similar maintenance role is beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong data capture and analysis skills.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team supporting plant equipment operations.
• Implement and maintain maintenance programs for all equipment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for breakdowns and tooling support.
• Manage maintenance records and capacity planning.
• Ensure EHS compliance and health and safety standards site-wide.
• Oversee capex projects and contractor management.
