About the Role:

The Plant Manager 3 will oversee all operations at the Bishopville Plant, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and productivity, as well as fostering a positive work environment for all employees. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's objectives, while also managing budgets and resources effectively. Additionally, this position will involve collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and address any operational challenges. Ultimately, the Plant Manager 3 will play a key role in enhancing the plant's performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a laundry processing facility, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
