Job summary

ITW in King's Lynn area is seeking a Sheet Metal Plant Manager to lead the sheet metal function within our Operations management team. You will drive performance, develop people and deliver continuous improvement while ensuring safe, efficient production aligned with schedule.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, Planning, Quality and Supply Chain to meet objectives and implement Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and production operations.

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Sheet Metal Plant Manager to join our Operations management team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational performance, developing people, and delivering continuous improvement.

As Sheet Metal Plant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Sheet Metal function, ensuring the safe, efficient and effective operation of the department. You will lead a team in ensuring production plans are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide visible leadership across the department, driving engagement, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved and support the wider business strategy.
