As the global energy landscape evolves, our client is committed to leading change, especially in the Bioenergy sector. They are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee operations at their bioenergy production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the bioenergy plant, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee plant performance, including production, maintenance, and safety, to meet or exceed operational targets.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure the site meets or exceeds its annual budget goals.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and RAs, ensuring team training and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum HNC in Engineering or related discipline; degree or HND preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in production or plant management, ideally in bioenergy or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of operational excellence.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
