Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a growing maintenance team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, capable of supervising daily operations and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Location: Londonderry, NH

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team (currently two direct reports, with plans to expand).
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and support operational goals.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve processes and operational performance.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotics and PLC interfaces.
  • Support training and development of maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Strong technical background in mechanical systems, electronics, or automation.
  • Experience working with PLCs, robotics, and computerized systems.
  • Journeyman's or electrical license (not required but preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance tools.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Same as above, emphasizing leadership, technical skills, and collaboration.
