Plant Installation Supervisor

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 + OTE with overtime £55-70k + Van + Holiday + Pension

We are seeking a candidate from a mechanical background with an understanding of engines, motors, pumps or similar. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role where they can boost their earning potential through overtime.

The company is a market leader in their industry, with nearly 20 years of experience and a strong reputation. As a Senior Plant Installer, you will be responsible for attending sites around the Berkshire area, supervising an Operator, and ensuring the equipment is successfully installed.

The role requires working overtime and being on an on-call rota, but offers door-to-door pay, sleep time pay if called out overnight, and overtime rates for additional hours. You will work on sites covering the surrounding areas, occasionally staying overnight, and will be part of the team responsible for installing and operating heavy mechanical equipment on construction, environmental, and heavy industrial project sites.
