Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations and Workshop Controller (Plant Hire) in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. The role offers £30,000 - £34,000 plus Training, Flexible Working Options, 25 Days Holiday and progression opportunities.

You will support the workshop, coordinate parts/resources, track deliveries, source parts and manage stock, while collaborating with the hire desk and stock control to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

Competenze

• Plant or tool hire experience required.
• Experience in workshop or operations-based roles preferred.
• Salary is a guideline and can vary with experience and qualifications.

• Support the workshop with access to parts/resources to complete repairs.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues with couriers and customers.
