Job summary

Refresco UK invites applications for a Plant General Manager at Bondgate. You will lead a high‑volume beverage manufacturing site, set the strategic direction, champion safety and quality, and develop a capable, engaged team to deliver exceptional performance.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will own the P&L, drive investment and productivity, and partner with customers and leadership to realise Refresco’s growth ambitions and values.

Qualifications

• Experienced manufacturing leader with a proven track record in FMCG/high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear site strategy aligned with growth ambitions and investment plans.
• Lead manufacturing, engineering, warehousing and site services to drive safety, quality, productivity and service.
• Create a high-performing culture through strong people leadership and capability development.
• Own site financial performance including P&L, budget, and productivity/cost initiatives.
• Champion health, safety, food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, customers and key stakeholders.
