Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (Every 6 Months)

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (Permanent Position)

Start Date: Immediate Start

Interaction Engineering is working exclusively with a rapidly growing plant hire company based in Lincoln. Due to business growth, we are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter for their workshop. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company that offers career growth.

The Role

1. Repair a range of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
2. Perform servicing and general repairs.
3. Diagnose and find faults.
4. Conduct inspections and maintenance checks.
5. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Work independently and as part of a small team.
7. Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop.
8. Log and keep records of work carried out and complete daily job sheets.

What we need from you:

1. Experience working with plant machinery (diggers, dumpers, excavators, etc.).
2. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
