Interaction Engineering is working exclusively with a rapidly growing plant hire company based in Lincoln. Due to growth within the business, we are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter to join the team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company that offers career growth.

The Role
  • Repair a range of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
  • Perform servicing and general repairs.
  • Diagnose and find faults.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop.
  • Log and keep records of work carried out and complete daily job sheets.
What we need from you:
  • Experience working with plant machinery, including diggers, dumpers, excavators, etc.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Full UK Driving License.
