Plant Fitter

Reading, Berkshire (Commutable from: Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury, Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Slough)

Are you an experienced Plant Fitter or Engineer looking for a long-term, stable role with a family-run business that values its people and offers excellent earning potential through overtime?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the demolition, recycling and waste management industry. This is a days-based role with overtime available, working on a wide range of heavy plant equipment.

This reputable business has been operating for decades and is continuing to expand, investing in new machinery and growing their engineering team. You'll work closely with the site manager, carrying out service, repair and maintenance on a variety of plant including excavators, diggers, and loading shovels.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and machinery
• Working on excavators, diggers, and loading shovels
• Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, with overtime available (paid at x1.5)

Qualifications

• Experience servicing Heavy Plant Machinery
• NVQ Level 2 in Plant Maintenance or similar
• Based within commutable distance of Reading
