Job Title: Plant Equipment Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Company Vehicle

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday

About your new company: A successful Construction company is seeking an experienced Plant Equipment Sales Manager to cover an established sales area. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of Heavy Plant Equipment, both new and used, within the established patch.

About your new Plant Equipment Sales Manager role:

1. Identify and maximize sales of plant machinery.
2. Develop relationships with new clients in your territory while maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts.
3. Achieve planned sales targets & goals.
4. Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
6. Find and develop new markets and improve sales.

What the new Plant Equipment Sales Manager will need to succeed:

• Product knowledge within the Plant or Construction industry & previous area sales experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, face to face and over the phone.
• Target driven, self-motivated, and able to present a professional image.
• Ability to influence and persuade to close a deal.
• Full UK driving licence.
