Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is recruiting a Plant Engineer in Ashford, Kent for a family-run machinery business. The role covers servicing and repairs of light construction and agricultural plant, with a mix of workshop and mobile work.

A fully expensed company vehicle is provided, plus manufacturer-led training. You will need experience on plant or similar machinery, with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrics knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience working on plant, agricultural, groundcare or similar machinery.
• Good knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrics and hydraulics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Engineering qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair light construction plant and agricultural machinery.
• Work in both workshop and on-site/mobile settings.
• Fully expensed company vehicle provided; manufacturer-led training and development.
