Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

Impact Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading plant equipment company based in Northamptonshire. We are seeking an experienced Workshop Engineer to join their dedicated team, working with a range of machinery including Telehandlers, Platform Lifts, and other plant machinery used for hire, sales, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of plant equipment.
*
Ensuring all machinery is operating safely and efficiently before return to hire or sale fleet.
*
Fault-finding, both mechanical and electrical, on a variety of plant items.
*
Keeping accurate service and maintenance records in line with company procedures.
*
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment in the workshop.
Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience working with plant equipment, particularly Telehandlers, Manitou, or similar machinery.
*
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs to a high standard.
*
Must possess own tools suitable for plant repair work.
*
Good understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.
*
Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
