NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading provider of vehicle and plant maintenance services, supporting some of the UK's most recognised names across utilities, infrastructure, and fleet operations. Due to business growth and new contracts secured for 2025, we are looking to expand their compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Compliance Technicians to join a forward-thinking company offering long-term stability and career development.

The Role

Carry out planned compliance inspections at customer locations

Conduct service inspections on vehicle ancillary equipment using PDA/software systems

Produce accurate digital records and service reports for supervisors

Perform maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime through equipment failure

Manage consumable stock and ensure the vehicle is clean, tidy, and in serviceable condition

Ensure all work meets high standards and equipment is only returned when safe and fully operational

The Candidate

IMI Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (advantageous)

Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems

Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to high-quality work

Own basic hand tools (specialist tools provided)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence
