Job description

Plant Clerk (Factory Administrator)

Kinnerton Confectionery, Fakenham

Position type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40.25 per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off, Days 0600 - 1800

Pay range: £27,500 / annum

Breaks: 30 Minutes Paid, 30 Minutes Unpaid

Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage documentation for production lines.
  2. Ensure accurate data entry into systems.
  3. Prepare and distribute various documentation packs for each shift.
  4. Oversee the holiday booking system for managing holiday entries and absences.
  5. Monitor and answer the office phone, speaking with internal and external customers.
  6. Assist the Manager with data-related queries.
  7. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by department managers.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and use MS Excel
