Job description

Plant Area Supervisor
North London
Competitive Salary

Is it time to progress beyond your current position? Let's explore new possibilities.

You probably want to know what's involved.

If you've worked in a garden centre before, you know the deal. Keep the plants looking their best. Keep the customers happy. Keep the displays tidy and the stock flowing. All thanks to your plant knowledge, attention to detail, and love of horticulture.

You'll be based at our client's garden centre in North London, working outdoors in all weather conditions. One minute, you're helping a customer pick the perfect shrub; the next, you're unloading a delivery and making sure every plant is displayed just right. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it exciting.

It's a hands-on role, and you'll need plenty of energy. But you won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of a close-knit team, all working together to create a great experience for customers.

If you care about such things, you might like to know that our client believes in promoting from within. So this could be more than just your next job-it could be the one after that, too.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Solid plant knowledge
  2. Experience in garden retail
  3. Strong customer service skills
