The Role

As Plant Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the Seasonal Area of the garden centre. You\'ll plan and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is well presented, fully replenished, and clearly priced at all times.

Your eye for detail and strong merchandising skills will help drive sales, while your ability to lead and motivate the team will ensure a culture of excellent service and continuous improvement.
