Job summary

A Blue CPCS A73 is required, and you must be willing to undergo DBS checks and online training. This role demands a commitment to safety in a busy airport construction environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to apply for a DBS Check (Essential).
• Willingness to complete online training (Essential).
• Holds Blue CPCS A73 and willing to complete required security clearance and online training.

Responsibilities

• Marshalling plant and vehicles across the site.
• Directing plant, machinery, and vehicle movements safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating deliveries to designated drop-off zones and access points.
• Managing and controlling site traffic routes and pedestrian separation.
• Creating and maintaining movement logs using site software systems.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management teams.
• Monitoring site access and ensuring compliance with traffic management plans.
• Supporting the safe operation of a busy airport construction environment.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site.

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to work on a project at Stansted Airport, Essex starting in August.

This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. You will be responsible for marshalling plant and vehicles around site, coordinating movements to designated drop-off and access points, and maintaining accurate movement records using site software systems.

Duties Will Include

• Carrying out Plant and Vehicle Marshalling duties across the site
