Number 8 Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced PAVM (Plant & Vehicle Marshal) for an ongoing site role in Uxbridge, UB4 0TU. Immediate start available on a busy construction site, with responsibilities to manage safe vehicle and plant movements and support site logistics.

Applicants must hold a CPCS card, a Safety Critical Medical, and full PPE, plus proven experience on active sites and a proactive, safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• CPCS card is required.
• Safety Critical Medical is a MUST HAVE.
• Full PPE must be worn at all times.
• Proven experience on active construction sites is essential.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work safely around plant and vehicle movements.
