The Role

The Plant Accountant will support the finance department by providing professional, reliable, and accurate reporting on business performance. Responsibilities include managing the trial balance, overseeing the accounting team, ensuring SOX compliance, and control-based reporting.

The Plant Accountant will manage a team of 3 direct reports and report to the Financial Controller.

Required qualifications include a Professional Accounting Qualification (ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA or equivalent) or finalist status; candidates qualified by experience are also considered.
