Job summary

Carrington West are currently supporting a South East based LPA client to recruit an interim Planning Technical Support Officer on an initial 3-month contract. The role requires an experienced Planning Technician with experience using Uniform Idox and the ability to work from home most of the time, attending the office fortnightly.

The successful candidate will have Town Planning experience, a Town Planner qualification, and demonstrate strong organisation skills to support the Planning Support

Qualifications

• Experience with Uniform Idox is required.
• Must have Town Planning experience to be considered.
• Qualified Town Planner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning technical support to the planning team.
• Attend the office fortnightly; majority of work from home.
• Assist with casework and administrative duties as required.

I am working closely with my LPA client based in the South East as they seek an interim Planning Technician on an initial 3-month contract to sit in the Planning Support team

This role requires an experienced, organised and competent Planning Technician with experience with Uniform Idox.

You will be required to attend the office fortnightly with the rest from home. For the right candidate with a lot of experience, they can look at adjusting the office presence requirements once you are settled and set-up appropriately.

It would aid your application is you are a qualified Town Planner and you must have previous Town Planning experience to be considered.
