Team Overview

The Capacity & Cost Management (C2M) team is vital for optimizing resource utilization and driving cost efficiency for the TAP program. We are seeking a talented, data-driven Planning Support Manager to lead a team of data analysts. This role involves developing capacity planning tools, reports, and analytics solutions that impact TAP's operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. You will bridge complex business needs with technical solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights to maximize resources and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 6 data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and analytical excellence
  2. Identify and prioritize business needs for planning solutions across stakeholders using Agile methodologies
  3. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
  4. Promote adoption of data-driven planning solutions through stakeholder engagement and training
  5. Manage project portfolios to ensure timely, high-quality, and within-budget delivery
  6. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance planning capabilities
Basic Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in planning and/or forecasting roles
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in developing dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics solutions
  • Experience analyzing large datasets, data quality, and data warehousing
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous coding experience in R, Python, or VBA
