Job summary

Win Berry is seeking a Planning & Supply Chain Manager to transform a reactive manufacturing environment into a planned, lean and scalable operation in Yeovil, Somerset.

You will own production and capacity planning, materials coordination, and ERP data, driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production and Engineering, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments with planning/supply chain focus.
• Proven ability to lead lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Planning & Supply Chain Manager

£70,000-£75,000 per annum plus benefits

This is far more than a traditional planning or procurement role. You'll have genuine influence over how the business operates, helping transform a reactive manufacturing environment into a planned, lean and scalable operation.

• Production & capacity planning
• Materials & procurement coordination
• MRP/ERP and production data
• Lean & continuous improvement
• Inventory and supply chain efficiency
• Cross-functional planning across Sales, Production & Engineering

We're looking for someone from a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automation, capital equipment or engineered-products environment, with strong planning/supply chain experience and a genuine appetite for improvement.
