Planning Solicitor/ Senior Associate, Bristol, Bath

Our client, a leading national Top 50 law firm, is seeking to expand its L500 and Chambers rated Planning department in Bristol with a senior associate hire.

Position Details:

• Experience: 5+ PQE
• Location: Bristol / Remote working 3 days a week
• Salary: £105,000+

Responsibilities:

You will handle a range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including judicial reviews, planning appeals, section 106 agreements, due diligence, and development consent orders.

Candidate Profile:

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years PQE and experience working for a strong regional or national firm.
