Planning Solicitor - Milton Keynes

This is an exciting opportunity for a planning solicitor to join a leading L500-rated firm.

The firm is looking to expand its department by recruiting an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will have broad knowledge including:

  1. General planning such as s106, s38, s278, and other planning and infrastructure agreements, with experience working with and/or against local planning authorities
  2. Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development
  3. Managing planning-based projects
  4. General commercial property experience
  5. Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses), and environmental law (advantageous but not essential)

You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
