Planning Solicitor – (Flex location), Inverness

This highly regarded Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting an experienced Planning Solicitor to join its growing team. The team advises and represents a wide range of stakeholders in Scotland’s planning system.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing advice on planning and environmental law matters
• Negotiating planning obligation agreements
• Conducting planning and environmental due diligence for developers and funders
• Handling matters arising from property and corporate transactions

Candidate requirements:

Ideally at 2 years’ PQE or above, but all levels will be considered. This is a full-time position with flexible location and working arrangements.
