Clara Rose Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Planning Solicitor to join a specialist team in a large regional law firm. The role covers varied planning matters for developers, landowners, authorities and individuals, including Section 106, development feasibility, rights of way and enforcement.

The team handles disputes, applications, appeals and environmental issues, with flexibility for hybrid or flexible working and a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Genuine Planning Law experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Able to work across development, enforcement and local authority matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate Section 106 and infrastructure agreements.
• Advise on planning applications and appeals.
• Handle enforcement issues and planning prosecutions.
• Advise on environmental, development and affordable housing matters.
• Advise objectors and represent clients in public inquiries.
