Job Description:

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are seeking a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside legal experts and advance your career.

This is a 4-week contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate must have experience with Section 106 Agreements.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
• Conducting all work with a focus on equal opportunities and customer care
• Handling a high caseload in Planning Law from start to finish
