The role

Based in Norwich, you will join a nationally recognised Planning and Environmental team. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will handle a diverse caseload of planning and development work, including:

• Drafting and negotiating section 106 and infrastructure agreements
• Advising on planning applications, appeals, and enforcement issues
• Supporting developers, local authorities, and landowners on strategic land and regeneration projects
• Gaining exposure to compulsory purchase, development consent orders, and environmental matters

You will be encouraged to develop your expertise quickly, taking responsibility for your own files while being supported by market-leading specialists.
