Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Planning Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join their dynamic Real Estate team.

The Candidate:

  • General planning experience, including drafting and negotiating s106, s38, and s278 agreements, as well as other planning and infrastructure agreements.
  • Practical experience of the planning system in both commercial and residential development contexts.
  • Experience working with and/or against local planning authorities.
  • Proven ability to manage planning-based projects effectively.
  • General commercial property experience, supporting a broader understanding of development work.
  • Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (including liquor and entertainment), and environmental law is beneficial.
