Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements
• Public rights of way issues, including diversions and definitive map modification orders
• Compulsory Purchase Orders
• Funding due diligence
• Planning appeals
• Project development and appraisal
• Judicial review
