The role

As a Planning Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic specialist team that acts for developers, landowners, local authorities, and individuals. You will:

  • Draft and negotiate section 106 and other infrastructure agreements
  • Provide advice on a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
  • Assist with planning appeals, enforcement matters, and applications for certificates of lawfulness
  • Become involved in statutory challenges, judicial reviews, and higher court proceedings
  • Build strong client relationships while contributing to the department's profile through networking and thought leadership
