We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Planning Solicitor to join a highly respected regional firm known for its innovation and exceptional client service in their Cambridge office. The Planning team are well-regarded across the region for the services they provide. You'll work with a diverse range of clients-residential developers, agricultural businesses, local authorities, housing associations, and more-alongside the firm's dynamic Commercial Property and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements.
  • Public rights of way issues, including diversions and definitive map modification orders.
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders.
  • Funding due diligence.
  • Planning appeals.
  • Project development and appraisal.
  • Judicial review.
  • Enforcement issues.
