Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Planning & Production Coordinator to help run our production operations at Uffculme Mill. You’ll plan production schedules, manage raw materials and liaise with procurement, transport and production teams to maximise efficiency and service for customers.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining records in our systems, supporting health and safety, and promoting stock rotation with opportunities for progression into operational management across the Mole Valley

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within manufacturing or agriculture.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., D365).
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor raw material availability and liaise with procurement and transport teams.
• Operate and oversee weighbridge activities.
• Maintain accurate records in D365/BMS and compliance systems.
• Support health and safety processes and report incidents promptly.
• Ensure feed production meets quality standards and hygiene requirements.
• Assist with stock takes and promote good stock rotation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support wellbeing initiatives.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

As a Planning & Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating production activities and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work closely with procurement, transport, and production teams to optimise efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers. About You

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing or agricultural environment
