Planning Policy Officer (strategic sites)
SO2 (£36,124 - £40,476)
37 hours, Full-Time
Temporary (end of December 2027)
Hybrid: Stopford House and homeworking, with staff expected to be in the office at least 2 days a week.

The successful candidate will support the council's new Local Plan by providing planning policy input during pre-application discussions and the determination of planning applications. They will also compile information related to potential plan-allocations.
We are seeking an experienced planning policy professional comfortable working across various interlinked policy areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing policy input for large-scale or strategic sites during pre-application discussions and planning application determinations.
