A community-focused financial institution is seeking a Planning & Optimisation Manager to lead their Operational Planning & Optimisation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource management, leading a team of Analysts, and supporting transformational projects. Strong experience in resource planning for customer services is essential. This role offers a hybrid work model and numerous benefits, including an annual bonus and matched pension contributions.

This role can be based at either at our Head Office in Leeds or our Cobalt Office near Newcastle.
How you'll make a difference
You'll produce weekly and monthly resource models and analyse historical trends to effectively manage resource schedules and ensure sufficient resources are in place with the right skills, at the right time.

You'll also have the opportunity to support the resource planning for exciting transformational projects.
